ABOUT J. Rich

J.Rich is a Gospel Hip-Hop artist who has recently gotten converted from a secular lifestyle to one that is completely devoted to the will of the Lord Jesus Christ. A walking testimony would be an understatement for this artist, born and raised in the trenches of Fresno CA, he had a very tough upbringing. As a child, J.Rich, whose real name is Jaron Richardson, was lost and confused as to what direction he should take. Due to his father being incarcerated since the age of 4, sentenced to over 140 years in prison and little to no guidance from home J.Rich began selling drugs and running the streets as a youth. As life progressed it seemed as if J.Rich was following the same path as his incarcerated father, and that was true, but GOD had other plans! After going through the most traumatic situation of his life by age 25, facing time in prison and losing the person he was destined to be, J.Rich fell on his face and cried out to the creator in repentance!
